Quick Verdict
AdminVPS is a long-running budget host (since 2012) offering some of the cheapest VPS and shared hosting we've tested, with datacenters across Russia (Moscow, St. Petersburg) plus the Netherlands — a rare pick if you specifically need a RU-located or RU/EU-adjacent server. Configurations are flexible: choose CPU/RAM/disk sizing, OS templates (Linux & Windows), and even pre-installed panels like ISPmanager. In our 30-day test the budget KVM VPS held steady uptime and the support team answered tickets around the clock, though in Russian primarily (English works but slower). The control panel is functional rather than pretty, and Western users should note payment methods lean toward Russian cards and crypto. With our exclusive coupon VPS32163 (30% off), the value for RU/EU-adjacent projects becomes hard to beat. Best for RU-market projects, privacy-minded users paying in crypto, and ultra-budget VPS needs.

Frequently Asked Questions
How do I use the VPS32163 coupon?
Click through our link, choose your hosting or VPS plan, and enter code VPS32163 at checkout to get 30% off. The discount applies to one server per order — if you want multiple servers at 30% off, place separate orders.
Can I pay with international cards or crypto?
AdminVPS accepts Russian bank cards, various local methods and cryptocurrency. International card coverage varies — if RU-card payment fails, crypto is the most reliable path for foreign customers.
Are Windows VPS plans worth it at AdminVPS?
Yes — Windows Server VPS pricing at AdminVPS is among the cheapest we've seen, which matters because Windows licensing usually dominates VPS pricing elsewhere. RU/NL locations keep latency reasonable for Eastern European users.
AdminVPS vs BandwagonHost — which should I pick?
Choose AdminVPS if your audience is in Russia/CIS or you need a RU-located server, Windows on a budget, or crypto billing. Choose BandwagonHost (US locations, English-first) if your audience is global or Western.
